How to login?
Click on the Register/Login button and login using your username and password
you created when you created your account. If you haven't created an account
yet, you can create a new account by clicking on the New User! link below
the login button.

Why can't I search for an agent?
You can't search for a real estate agents rating until you have created an account,
verified that account by clicking on the email link that is emailed to you,
and then logging in using that username and password that was verified in the
email that was sent to you.

Why can't I find an agent?
This could happen for multiple reasons. One could be the agent has not been entered
into our database yet. Another reason could be that the information you have entered
is too much. I.e. if you have entered First Name, Last Name, City, and State and filled
in every character it may not be an exact match. Try putting in less information.
I.E. if you know the persons last name is Boyed, and their first name is Jane, try
putting in just boy for the last name and Jane for the first or just J for the first.
You can search by very specific info or very generic info. If you are still unable
to find the agent you can add them by clicking on this line that will come up each
time you do a search. If the desired agent is not listed click here to Add an Agent.

What's the agent's rating?
The agents rating will be listed to the right of their name. An example of this is
Jane Smith Nobodys Real Estate Company 4.35. 4.35 Would be their rating, which is a
good rating since the real estate agent ratings are based on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5
being the best and 1 being the worst

What's the rating scale?
The scale is a scale of 1 to 5 with one being the worst and 5 being the best.
This is a running average of all applicable questions the agent was rated on.

Are my ratings anonymous?
This depends on you. Your personal information you give us when you create
your account will remain confidential. If you create a username the same as your
actual real name then it might not be anonymous. An example of this is if your
real name was John Doe and the username you created was John Doe and you rated
real estate agent Sally Jones then at some point in the future when we display
the actual feedback left by a username for an agent then they might know who it was
this is very similiar to the way a very popular auction site does their feedback today.

Why would I use this site as a prospective buyer or seller?
If I were a prospective buyer or seller I would use this site to do one of a couple things.
One might be to check out how an agent is doing that I have used in the past that I'm considering
using in the future. Another reason I might use this would be if I was new to an area and wanted
to know which real estate agents in the area had good feedback and had treated their customers with
professionalism and actually worked for them in the best capacity as either the buyer or sellers agent.
One other reason I might use this site is if I was unhappy with my previous Real Estate Agent I would
use this site to find a potentially better Real Estate Agent based on their Real Estate Agent Rating.

Why would I use this site as a real estate agent?
If I was a real estate agent I would use and refer people to this site as a way to set myself apart from
the other agents in the markets I deal in. We all know there are agents that are good and there are
agents that are really bad. This is a place for you to separate and distinguish yourself from the bad ones.

Why would I use this site as a Real Estate Broker?
Every broker knows that the agents are working on commission and the Broker gets a share of that
commission. Therefore every broker knows that a dissatisfied customer is a potential lost future
customer and revenue for the brokerage. If you are a broker, do you want all 5's working for you?
Or do you want all 1's working for you? All 5's will generate much more revenue for your brokerage
than 2 or 3 times as many 2 or 3 rating agents.

How do I contact an agent?

How do I find the agent's contact information?

How does the mortgate rates information work?
This information is updated from one or more of our Mortgage Rate Sponsors.

How do you control the rating process?
We have built in several control mechanisms to hopefully prevent abuse of the system. If and when we find
someone who abuses the system they will be dealt with on an individual basis. Hopefully everyone on the
site is professional and adult enough to see the value the site provides and this will not be an issue.
However if it becomes an issue controls are in place to help deal with it when and if it arises.
